KESHI TO RELEASE 35-MAN WORLD CUP SQUAD

Six players from the domestic league, who performed excellently at the African Nations Championship (CHAN) this year, are expected to make the 35-man provisional squad to be released by Stephen Keshi.  According to whispers emerging from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Glass House, Osaze Odemwingie and one-capped defender Leon Balogun, are among the 35 players Stephen Keshi will call up for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. 

21 of the players in the squad are from the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winning side, but there is no room for Ikechukwu Uche and Obiora Nwankwo. Keshi is expected to reveal his provisional list on Tuesday and from every indication, there will be no surprise inclusions. Are the Eagles' plans in top gear? Will they surprise the world?
