Chief Tony Onyima, who is the new Commissioner in charge of the Ministry of Information, in Anambra State, has unveiled his key policy direction. Onyima was the former managing director of the SUN Publishing Company before Willie Obiano appointed him as a commissioner. He then directed the entire staff of the Information Ministry to key in to whatever Governor Obiano has set out to achieve.

Onyima stated that in the days ahead, he will work hard to ensure that there will always be the communication component in every development effort that is executed by the government. Joe-Martins Uzodike, his predecessor alerted the new commissioner that the Anambra Broadcasting Service might lose its license to operate if it does not change its present analogue status and embrace digital broadcasting by the 31st of December this year.
