General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Musa Amadu, has warned fans to lower their expectations from the Super Eagles, ahead of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. This he believes will not put undue pressure on the team in Brazil. Expectations are soaring as the Nigerian team under Stephen Keshi looks likely to be a surprise revelation at the tournament.

He however added that the federation was eager to see the Eagles exceed the second round stage and advance to the quarter-finals for the first time ever. Amadu also stated that everything was being made possible, to ensure the team is well prepared for the tournament. “We are hopeful that they will give the best of representation to Nigeria because we are providing them the enabling environment to excel,” Amadu said. Go Eagles Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
