A new research out of Iran however says that the kinds of food you eat as a man can affect the health and quality of your sperm. Folate and Zinc containing foods were fingered as boosters of healthy sperm.
The higher the amount of Folate and Zinc in your body system which comes from the foods you eat, the more fertile your sperm becomes. The chemicals are antioxidants that protect sperm from damage. Some of the recommended foods include spinach, beef, peas, asparagus, pork, chicken, et al. Oh ye men, you know what to eat when it is baby time.
