Days to the start of the proposed national conference to dialogue and discuss Nigeria's pressing issues, it has been revealed delegates were yet to get official appointment letters. They are also in the dark about accommodation, transport and feeding arrangements. This coming when the conference is just days away from kick off; this would give the CONFAB's opposition lots to complain about.

The conference was convened by President Jonathan to chart a new course for the country over the next hundred years and find a common direction for all regions of the country. The decisions to be reached at the conference were however not binding in any way on the government as it is not a sovereign conference. The 492 delegate list was announced on the pages of newspapers last week... Is this a good use of time our N7 billion?
