The Nigerian Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has said it will champion the issue of monthly stipends being paid to unemployed Nigerian graduates at the CONFAB. The President, Yinka Gbadebo said the bill that was earlier thrown out by the senate was top of their list. He also said they would propose access to interest free loans for Nigerian students.
The passage of a student union bill to check impunity in Nigerian universities and issues concerning incessant strikes will also be raised at the CONFAB by the association.
