Chelsea FC Manager, Jose Mourinho has lamented the lack of good strikers at the club and is blaming the dearth for a season that looks it will end trophyless for the team. Chelsea lost to Paris Saint Germaine 3-1 in the Champions League Quarter Finals to almost make it impossible for Chelsea to qualify over one leg. Mourinho was especially harsh in his criticism of his players.

"If we had their (PSG) strikers, we would win things of course. I am not happy with my strikers' performances so I'm left with no option than to try things, he fumed. With top strikers at this level, 1 chance = 1 goal. We don't have that at the moment." One is left to wonder what he's complaining about as he has Torres, Eto'o and Demba Ba in his squad. Is he trying to reduce the heat that is sure to come if the season ends trophyless?
