Succor might just come the way of low and middle income earners in Nigeria regarding the issue of home owners as the CEO of the Federal Housing Authority, Mr Terver Gemade claims. He says interested Nigerians can have homes delivered to them based on how much they earn. The smallest home called the "Studio home" - Self contain in local parlance goes for N1.5m. The homes will be allotted using bio-metric data so it will be one man to a home to checkmate fraud and allow for even access to all interested persons. Bigger homes will go for N2m, N3m, N4m upwards. We really hope this is true as it will go a long way in helping the Nigerian populace.
