Regina Agyare is an Accra based I.T. entrepreneur. She left her plum job as an I.T. officer in a capital bank in Accra to start her own firm called Soranka Solutions. The firm specialises in building corporate websites and providing e-commerce solutions. She presently has about 30 high profile clients whose websites she has built and maintains.

However, because she was always lonely being the only girl in a male dominated I.T world, she has decided to breed the next generation of female African geeks. This she does through a mentorship and educational initiative aimed at having girls build technology careers. It is called "TECH NEEDS GIRLS"; the girls are taught how to code and develop applications. Africa awaits you girls.
